Orussey restaurant is the oldest tasty Chinese noodle in Cambodia ( A taste to Remember ). The Noodle Restaurant has become a regular haunt for Phnom Penh’s large Chinese population, and has also proven popular with Cambodians – The owner estimated that 90 per cent of his clients are local.
